  Sadly I had a terrible experience with this group. I brought my six month old son in after continuous ear infections for the past four months. Our Pediatric doctor referred us. We met Doctor Carter who was very self righteous and judgemental. He did not believe my child was having actual ear infections when my son never has ran a fever with his infections. Doctor Carter also did not trust our choice of provider we see when our son is sick. He was judging us for seeing an NP who is under multiple MD's. He also believed its impossible for a six month old to have as much ear trouble as we've dealt with as well as it's impossible for a six month old to have tubes. "He's too little". Doctor Carter also never gave me the results of my sons hearing test. I was very disappointed and discouraged and left immediately. The manager was very sweet and offered to set us up with another doctor. However we chose to not use this group after Doctor Carter told our Pediatric office he would be sure to talk to the doctor we were going to see next about tubes for our son. Our Pediatric office even dropped this group as a reference for referrals after they heard about our experience. However, the lady who assisted in my sons hearing test was super sweet. I wish this group best of luck.
