  Awful place. I patiently waited 2 weeks for an appointment with a nurse practitioner to look at a chronic skin issue on my hand. I got there on time, with the paperwork complete. Provided my insurance, paid my co-pay and sat in the waiting room for an hour.45 minutes into the wait I asked how much longer and couldn't get an answer. The receptionist would only say, "it's not my fault, take it up with the nurse practitioner". After waiting the full hour, I asked for my personal information back and a refund on my co-pay. Never once got an apology or an explanation. I had other things I needed to do after the appointment and had provided what I thought was plenty of time for this consultation. I did my part, why couldn't they do theirs or at least provide some sort of explanation? They have zero respect for other people's time. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who has anything more to do in their life than wait around for rude service. I'm a pretty calm person, but I was so mad I was actually shaking when I left. Luckily I refrained from shouting or profanity. Surely I'll find a dermatologist elsewhere that acts professionally and respects people's time.
